Delivery Policy for Digital Downloads

1. Nothing is shipped

Every product on marketmaxxx.com is a digital PDF. No physical item is posted to you, no shipping address is required, and no delivery charge is applied at checkout.

2. When you get the file

Your download is available immediately after payment is confirmed. You will normally see the link on the order confirmation screen and receive a second copy by email within a few minutes. If nothing has arrived after fifteen minutes, check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us — that accounts for most reported non-delivery.

3. How long access lasts

Download links remain valid for at least 30 days from purchase. Save the file to your own device or cloud storage as soon as you receive it, so you keep a copy independent of any link. If a link has expired, write to us with your order reference and we will re-issue it.

4. What you need to open it

The pattern is a standard PDF. It opens on phones, tablets and computers with any current PDF reader and prints on ordinary A4 or Letter paper. No special software or subscription is required.

5. If the download fails

Email connect@marketmaxxx.com with your order reference, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of what happens when you click the link. We will re-issue the file, usually the same day.

6. Licence

Buying the file gives you a personal licence to use the pattern and to sell finished items you make from it. It does not give you the right to resell, share, upload or redistribute the file itself.

7. Taxes

Where sales tax, GST or VAT applies to digital goods in your jurisdiction, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
