Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital goods and the right to a refund

Every product sold on marketmaxxx.com is a digital file delivered by download. Because the file is made available immediately after payment and cannot meaningfully be returned, digital patterns are not refundable once the download has been accessed.

This is the position the pattern designer takes, and we state it plainly before you buy rather than after. If you are unsure whether a pattern suits your skill level, read the description and the questions section on the product page first, or write to us and ask.

2. When we will refund

We will issue a full refund in these situations:

• The file will not download, will not open, or is corrupt, and we cannot supply a working replacement.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You were charged for an order that was never delivered to you.
• The product delivered is materially different from what the product page described.

In the first case we will always try to fix the file first, because a re-issued download resolves it within minutes in almost every instance.

3. Cancelling an order

A digital order can be cancelled at any point before the download has been accessed. Contact us with your order reference and we will cancel it and refund the payment in full. Once the file has been downloaded the order is treated as fulfilled and section 1 applies.

4. How to make a request

Email connect@marketmaxxx.com with the order reference from your confirmation email, the email address used to place the order, and a short description of the problem — a screenshot helps if the file will not open. We aim to acknowledge every request within one business day.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We do not refund to a different card, account or person. How quickly it appears is determined by your bank or card issuer, typically five to ten business days after we process it.

6. Licence, sharing and chargebacks

You may sell finished items you make from a pattern. You may not resell, share or redistribute the pattern file itself. Raising a chargeback before contacting us delays resolution for everyone — please write to us first and give us the chance to put it right.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including any right to a remedy where a digital product is not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
